"I had initially switch my auto insurance with State Farm due to my current insurance being much higher. But after the six months my policy doubled and then after inquiring, they said it was due to inflation. But then the next six months of doubled again. So I shopped around found a better quote and called into, get my policy canceled. They argued with me that their policy was better. After receiving a renewal letter I realize they did not cancel my policy per my request. So I called in again and they told me that they would refund the money as long as I could email and a proof of Insurance with the other company. They did finally cancel my policy, but they only returned probably a day or two worth of insurance. So therefore, I am not going to be referring any future business to this outfit. If I could give them a zero star rating I would."

"Constantly raising my rates, at double what I was paying last year, every time I call I just get excuses, would not work with. Edit: He's welcome to call me but the first quote I got was $80 less a month for similar coverage, but I've already called in and all I get told is basically there is nothing they can do except take away coverage, and its for someone without tickets or accidents"

"Communication with customers- 0 stars Ability to listen to customers- 0 stars Ability to follow legal protocols with the state - 0 stars One of the WORST State Farm agencies in the United States, i called with an issue after cancellation of my policy to only be hung up on & then forced to speak to the manager. Talked over & refused to accept responsibility on their end. Laughed at my complaint & only pushed all blame off on the other parties involved. I DO NOT recommend. Some helpful customer service tips.. 1. Don’t hang up on the customer 2. Don’t talk over the customer 3.Accept responsibility for your part 4. Help the customer Most issues in major corporations these days are that they refuse to accept blame, you definitely are not the major part of my issue but are definitely the ROOT CAUSE. Do better"

I was really frustrated with the recent price increase in my insurance coverage. I was at my wits end. However, I spoke with Brittany and she was not only able to explain my policy coverages and how they work but she was able to work with me and get my rates down to a manageable cost.
