"Rachel is the absolute best! She has offered some of the best offers State Farm had to offer and always keeps me updated on new offers. Not to mention every time I need something she is there whether it’s a payment, to help with mix ups or even a question. She’s been so great that I’ve actually referred my husband and son to this agency and we all have State Farm products and specifically deal with Rachel now. She’s awesome!"

"Communication with customers- 0 stars Ability to listen to customers- 0 stars Ability to follow legal protocols with the state - 0 stars One of the WORST State Farm agencies in the United States, i called with an issue after cancellation of my policy to only be hung up on & then forced to speak to the manager. Talked over & refused to accept responsibility on their end. Laughed at my complaint & only pushed all blame off on the other parties involved. I DO NOT recommend. Some helpful customer service tips.. 1. Don’t hang up on the customer 2. Don’t talk over the customer 3.Accept responsibility for your part 4. Help the customer Most issues in major corporations these days are that they refuse to accept blame, you definitely are not the major part of my issue but are definitely the ROOT CAUSE. Do better"

"I usually do not post reviews, but I really wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with the State Farm Rep. Brittany Ray at Sam Maimone's office. I was really frustrated with the recent price increase in my insurance coverage. I was at my wits end. However, I spoke with Brittany and she was not only able to explain my policy coverages and how they work but she was able to work with me and get my rates down to a manageable cost. With the economic increases in gas, food, etc., it is really nice to catch a break on my insurance. Thank you Brittany for taking out to the time to walk me through this process. I will am forever grateful."

"I just spoke with Ms. Rachel (sorry if I misspelled), & her customer was phenomenal!!!! I was trying to do a claim with claims dept & I had trouble. So, I called my local area & she helped me! She listened to my concerns, found a solution, & I felt relieved after the phone call! I COULDN'T THANK HER ENOUGH! THANKS!!!! I recommend them! Also I've been a customer with them for some yrs now!"

"Where do I begin? I’ve been with these guys for YEARS, and I will never go anywhere else. The staff at this office are the most friendly and caring people I’ve ever dealt with. They are so understanding of lives many cyclical events, and are so compassionate when helping find solutions, and answering any and all questions. They stay true to their word. They practice fidelity each and every time I interact with them. When they are unable to answer a question or resolve a problem, rest assured that they will get back to you promptly to do so, no cat and mouse games here. Each time I call with questions, I’m greeted with the most friendly customer service, I can feel the smile through the phone(Rachel you’re awesome!)
